To make a booking:

To make a booking please fill out the contact form or call us on 0405 537 056.
All bookings require a non refundable deposit. This amount will be advised when we are contacted. The deposit is required within 2 days of receiving the booking form.
-The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your booking unless otherwise agreed. The balance is to be paid in cash.

Conditions:

-For sanitary reasons, artists will not paint anyone appearing sick or suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, or any infectious illness, skin condition, open wounds or lice.
-Artists will use reasonable care, but are not responsible for damage to clothing or property.
-We reserve the right to refuse service of anyone that is drunk, abusive or otherwise displaying anti-sociable or inappropriate behavior (adults or children).
-If any of our entertainers safety or well being is threatened by a client, guest or animal, services will stop immediately until the danger has been removed to the satisfaction of the entertainer. If the danger or situation is not rectified to the satisfaction of the entertainer services will not continue. The full amount of the booking is to be paid on the spot and the artist will leave.
-The client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets, guests and/or damage to the artist’s equipment or supplies caused by pets or guests. The behavior of pets and guests is the responsibility of the Client or Parent.
-Please be aware we are not a baby sitting service. There should be at least one adult present with the entertainer for the duration of the booking.

Cancellations

Once a booking has been made and deposit paid you are bound by an agreement, be it verbal or by email or other form of communication, to fulfill that booking where by 100% of total fee is payable if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days from the booking date.

Requirements:

-Private Parties:
-The artist will need to be provided with a safe area to paint or twist. This should be sheltered from the elements and away from pets.
-Adequate lighting is required
-A table at least 1 meter in length (not round) and two full sized chairs are to be supplied if face painting has been booked.
-A parent or guardian needs to be present at all times
-The artist is not to be situated near any loud speakers or air compresses

-Large/Corporate Events:
-If an outdoor event the artist requires a 3×3 space as we will use our marquee to provide shelter
-In some instances a Line Manager will be required and is to be provided by the event organisers at no cost to the artist
-If the weather is extreme or forecast to be over 32 degrees the organiser needs to arrange an inside option for the artist. If the artist feels the weather is too extreme and is unwilling to attend the event no refund will be offered.

Other conditions do apply and will be supplied when booking is made.
